Manage Your Account Online
Answers to any questions you might have about your current or previous orders can easily be found when you login to your account. You can get a tracking number for your latest shipment, find out what you have on backorder, and even pay an outstanding balance. Invoices are available for printing and you can duplicate a previous order with one quick click of the mouse. Although we’re happy to offer these particular features, some of them may take a few weeks to appear. We appreciate your patience as we put the finishing touches on our new site.
Easy to Find Products
We have added so many new products recently that we knew it would be important for our customers to be able to sort through them all without too much fuss. Our new site allows you to search by category, brand, price, and even by colour, with the option to use only one filter or any number of them combined. Want to see a list of toys that fall into a certain price range? Simply hover your mouse over the ‘Shop by Category’ header and choose ‘Toys.’ From the menu on the left, select your price filter and you’re done. What about a list of only the latest Baby Wisp hairclips? Go to the Baby Wisp page through the ‘Shop by Brand’ header and choose the ‘New Arrivals’ category from the menu. Searching for products is so quick and easy that you will have no problem finding exactly what you are looking for. And when all else fails, there’s always the trusty search bar.
Live Inventory
The new website is fully integrated with our in-house system, which means inventory details are easy to find and as accurate as possible. You will know immediately if an item is on backorder, allowing you to adjust your order if necessary. Most importantly, this will help you keep your customers as up-to-date as possible about products they might be looking for. With this integration, you can get the answers you need from any computer at any time and be confident in the information you receive.
Easy for Customers to Find You
Another great perk of the new fully integrated website is how easy it is for us to send customers your way. When looking for an item, customers can plug in their postal code and find nearby retailers that carry that specific product. That means they find you! Since everything is linked to our in-house system that processes your orders, this information will always be timely and accurate.
